About Me
My passion for health and fitness spans more than 30 years. While I’ve always been fit from running, weightlifting, biking, rugby, and CrossFit, I fell prey to marketing in my younger years to the various diet trends, weightloss fads, and gimmicks looking for a “quick fix” to lose weight. After wasting my money for years, I finally realized the truth is that sustainable progress requires patience and consistency and cannot be bought.
Over time, I immersed myself in understanding proper nutrition and exercise. Slow and steady became my mantra. I discovered that lasting wellness isn’t about shortcuts; it’s about building healthy habits. Now, as a Certified Health and Life Coach and Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, I’m honored to guide others on their own transformative journeys.

I use habit-change coaching to empower clients in building lasting, healthy habits through gradual adjustments. Through personalized support, goal-setting, and motivational interviewing, I help clients identify improvements, overcome obstacles, and stay accountable—fostering confidence and sustainable health transformations.
My Health Coach Mission
I was inspired to become a health coach because of my mom. I watched her struggle with her weight for decades, repeatedly trying fad diets only to gain more weight. Despite medical advice on her diet and exercise, my mom first developed prediabetes then Type 2 diabetes, leading to numerous health complications and eventually her passing in 2022. I was heartbroken not knowing how to help her. This experience motivated me to become a health coach, and now my mission is clear: to assist those seeking better health and well-being. I want to empower others to make sustainable changes, just as I wish I could have done for my mom.
